AUTO & MANUAL MODE | 10 SPEED LEVELS: Our under desk elliptical machine offers 2 different modes depending on your needs. There’s auto mode (P1-3) which gives you the ability to choose from 3 preprogrammed sessions in order to easily start your workout and keep it fresh. Manual mode has 10 speed levels with back and forward movement for us with back and forward movement for users interested in having control over their own workout–allowing them work towards specific muscle groups as desired.
FORWARD & BACKWARD MOTION | NON-SLIP PEDALS: The backward and forward motion of this elliptical machine will allow you to work towards specific muscle groups as desired, while also creating more varied workouts. The non-slip pedal ensures a safe exercise with comfort in mind!
